Normal Buttons are push button units designed to make you laugh, make you think, change your state of mind, or help you in times of difficulty.
Buttons are everywhere. They help us cross the road safely, they open electronic doors, they trigger fire alarms, turn on and off our devices. In almost every case they work quietly, perfectly, invisibly, to do the exact thing we expect them to do every single time. The many thousands of successful button presses we've done over the course of our lives create a powerful connection between the act of pressing a button and the thing we expect to happen.
So while there's nothing actually inside a Normal Button, many people find it powerful, curious or cathartic to press one. They build attachments to them. They mean something. They feel valuable somehow. They remind us that in many cases the power to create the world we want lies within us. Or they just make us smile.
In other words, just because they don't do anything, doesn't mean they don't do anything.
