Unrealised outcomes generating further confirmations

Possibility engineers and event observers report that unrealised outcomes are now generating confirmations of their own confirmations. An isolated test recorded a completed event before any options had been supplied, extending the abnormality beyond the original register. Field engineers are reinforcing the separation between possibility and occurrence; affected confirmations remain withheld while the incident continues.
