Shipping policy

Orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48, Monday to Friday. If the item is in stock, orders placed before midday will usually be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after midday will usually be dispatched the next working day.

Once dispatched, Royal Mail aim to deliver Tracked 24 orders in 1-2 days, and Tracked 48 orders in 2-3 working days, including Saturdays. A tracking number will be supplied with your order, allowing you to follow the journey of your Button as it heads to your delivery address.

Some more remote addresses can experience delays. Delivery may take longer for BFPO addresses, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, remote postcodes, bank holidays, seasonal peaks, or where Royal Mail is experiencing local delays.

You have the right to return your Button within 14 days, just log into your customer account and initiate the cancellation or return from there. Alternatively, send us your order number. We will confirm whether the item is eligible and explain the next steps before you send anything back.
